Coach Deej Hobson says the following about our new players:
About Harrison: "Harrison is following in his brother and Meliden legend Brooklyn’s [Peakman] footsteps. He is a brilliant young keeper with heaps of talent and has performed well in the two games he has played for us."
About Cameron: "Cam joins us after living abroad for the last few years. A tricky wingers with bags of potential, Cam is returning to match fitness but has looked sharp since coming in, excited to see more from him."
About Xander: "Xander is no stranger to Meliden Football Club. An outstanding defender who has pace, power and leadership. After dealing with a few injury ridden seasons he is back and performing amazingly in the last two games. Excited to work with Xander this year."
About Liam: "Liam hasn’t played football for a while but has impressed us in training and the two matches he has played for us. A tall commanding centre back. We are excited to see more from Liam this season."
About Noel: "Noel joins us from our neighbours and friends Prestatyn sports, being out of junior football for just one year. Noel is a versatile player with bundles of energy, he has integrated into the squad very nicely."

About Ben: "Ben joins us straight out of junior football. He has been training with us for the last few weeks and he has impressed coaches and players with his work ethic and willingness to learn. Ben has a lot to give and we feel he is in the best environment to develop."
